Construction has just been completed on a home located at Haviland Road in New Milford, Connecticut.  Our office had to apply for and was granted several variances as the lot was pre-existing and non-conforming in it’s entirety.  We worked within our client’s budget to provide for a house that met their needs while meeting the requirements of the various town land use agencies.  We also had to apply for a variance of the well location per the Town of New Milford Sanitary Ordinance.  This was granted and the project was able to proceed without delay.  Being a stone’s throw from Candlewood Lake, I am sure this house will receive plenty of use for years to come!  Several minor field changes were made without delay as the project progressed due to the tight confines of the lot.
