Listing of CT Inland Wetland SoilsGives a listing of all soils in the state of Connecticut which meet the definition of inland wetlands. Useful when using the Web Soil Survey which can be used as a tool to provide a cursory analysis of soil constraints on a property.
MAGIC Library
The largest index of Connecticut maps online. Includes topographical maps, historical aerial maps, aquifer protection areas, soils, etc. This site even has a mosaic aerial of the entire state from 1934.
CT Natural Diversity Database
Contains separate map for each town and/or city. Shows any potentially endangered or threatened species locations. Maps are as PDF’s so you can print out and determine if the property you are examining may be impacted by endangered or threatened species.
Vision Appraisal
Covers approximately half of the Towns in Connecticut and shows pertinent information relative to a property including zone, property size, appraised values, outbuildings, etc. Also, typically shows historical sales price.
eQuality Online Field Cards
Covers 23 towns in western Connecticut. Provides same info as Vision Appraisal but for different Towns.
