As you may recall, our firm performed all land use permitting associated with the Personal Touch Car Wash at Park Lane Road in New Milford, Connecticut. Now that the business hasbeen open for a few years, Mr. Vincent Porzio, owner sought us out to modify the existing approval. Our firm successfully lobbied the Town of New Milford Zoning Commission to approve a new awning, 25′ x 18.5′ in size. This will allow Mr. Porzio and his staff to perform detailing outside under the awning. Previously, only 1 car could be detailed at a time in the detailing bay.
