The office of Arthur H. Howland & Associates is located at 143 West Street in the center of New Milford, Connecticut. We consider ourselves lucky to be in the historic “Bleachery” building with 18 foot vaulted ceilings and a scenic view of the Housatonic River outside our windows.

Lake Lillanonah which covers approximately 1,900 acres and is bordered by 5 other towns, is also found in the New Milford. Both lakes serve as major attractions to those who enjoy boating, fishing, and other water sports. The Housatonic River which provides a portion of the electric power to the region also provides many areas for those looking for picturesque scenery to photograph and hike through.
New Milford is approximately 20 minutes away from the center of Danbury, 40 minutes from the center of Waterbury, and about 1 hour and 15 minutes to the centers of New Haven and Hartford. New Milford is also approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from New York City and 1 hour to Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
