Arthur H. Howland & Associates, P.C. was recently retained by the Town of Washington to provide site development plans for the Town Garage located at Blackville Road in Washington, Connecticut. The Town is proposing to regrade an area behind the main building to utilize it for storage. Our firm will provide the necessary site development plans and surveying required for the project along with detailed sedimentation and erosion control plans and associated construction sequence. This will be the second time we have worked on this site, with the first time being for the addition of a storage building that we designed to be screened from the road utilizing the existing topography and some minor screening.
